Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also included in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key identifying various sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
